We do not offer plans or phone services. You must use your own SIM card. There are no SIM card included unless auction states otherwise.
We are not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator and service provider. MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, DATA TRANSFERS is the responsibility of the network operator/carrier/ and user.

Return Policy:

We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.
Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.
We are not liable for shipping costs back to us.
If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.
Buyer must receive an RETURN instructions from us in order to ship back the phone.
Any unauthorized return or a return not for a valid reason will be subject to a $15 processing charge. Shipping will not
be refunded.
Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us. After that, they will have 7 days to ship
it back to us for exchange.
Most of our items have a manufacturer's warranty. We ask that you use that whenever possible. We will assist you with the process.
Returns must be in original new condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.
