Shipping Policy:	We ship our products with United States Postal Service. We either ship First Class, Priority or Express Mail. You will receive an email from us when your item ships. Canadian bidders are responsible for ALL taxes and duties in accordance with your purchase.  We are not liable for the delays by UPS. Please allow at least 7 days before contacting us about not received item.  We will ship to Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Alaska for no additional charge. Buyer is responsible to confirm the compatibility of the purchased item with their service provider prior to purchase. Buyer is responsible to set up the phone and the phone's functions, including but not limited to, the web browser settings. We do not offer plans or phone services. You must use your own SIM card. There are no SIM card included unless auction states otherwise. We are not responsible for any network dependent features or any firmware related issues. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product compatibility with their network operator and service provider. MMS, GPRS, WAP, SMS, DATA TRANSFERS is the responsibility of the network operator/carrier/ and user. All of our prices are disclosed plainly and clearly in all of our auctions. If you are at all unsatisfied with any cost associated with any item please do not bid or buy.

Please note we record all the SERIAL NUMBERS so don’t waste time trying to switch phones. We will accept returns for DOA (dead on arrival) items or items significantly not as described.  Our policy allows for exchanges only. No refunds will be provided.   If buyer insists on a refund, they will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return.  Buyer must receive a RETURN instructions (RMA form) from us in order to ship back the phone.   Buyer has 24 hours from the time they receive the item to report a defect to us. After that, they will have 7 days to ship  it back to us for exchange.  Most of our items have a manufacturer's warranty. We ask that you use that whenever possible. We will assist you with the process.  Returns must be in original new condition. It has to be returned to us in the very same condition you receive it in.
